Error message: retrieving location failed

You receive the error message ‘Retrieving location failed!
There are three possible reasons for this:
1. Activate the location functions.
2. Authorise website location
1. Click on the icon next to the app.digiform.be website. It may be a padlock or two dashes and two dots.
2. Click on permissions.
3. Authorise the location.
3. Activate the localisation functions.
1. Access the settings on your smartphone or tablet.
2. Click on the ‘Location’ menu item.
3. Click on ‘Chrome’, ‘Samsung Internet’ or the other browser you are using on your smartphone or tablet.
iOS (iPad/iPhone)
You receive the error message ‘Retrieving location failed!
Il y a trois causes possibles à cela :

1. Click on the AA icon next to the app.digiform.be website and on Website Settings.
2. Set the location so that it is authorised.
3. Authorise browser localisation.
1. Access your settings.
2. Go to ‘Privacy’.
3. Go to ‘Location services’.
4. Go to ‘Safari websites’.
5. Allow while using the app.
